隨著夏日通行證的完結，全年通行證正式登陸香港迪士尼樂園。全年通行證在2006年9月29日正式發售，並在當天正式啟用。全年通行證共有3類：特惠、優越 及專貴全年通行證，而當時只有成人、小童及長者之分。售價則隨全年通行證類別及持有人類別而不同。全年通行證有效期為1年，並由升級前門票的第一次使用日 或購買全年通行證當天起計算。
After Summer Pass ended, the Park announced its first whole-year pass system – Annual Pass. It was available for sale and activated on September 29, 2006. There were 3 types of Annual Pass, Value, Deluxe and Premium. And Passholders were divided into 3 categories, Adult, Child and Senior. The passholders could visit the park unlimitedly during the normal operating hours within a year, starting from the issued date.

每 張全年通行證背面印有ANNUAL PASS （通行證類別： VALUE 或DELUXE 或 PREMIUM）– 持有人類別 ( ADULT或 CHILD 或 SENIOR ) / 賓客名稱 NAME （通行證號碼 # XXXXXX）、通行證最後有效期 – VALID TIL: MM/DD/YY。而升級前門票的第一次使用日（或購買全年通行證當天日期）則印在背面的底部。
At the back of every Annual Pass, it printed with Annual Pass (Type of the Pass: VALUE or DELUXE or PREMIUM) – Type of the Passholder (ADULT or CHILD or SENIOR) / Name of the Passholder (Annual Pass Number #XXXXXX); the Validity of the Pass – VALID TIL: MM/DD/YY. Whenever the guests purchased or upgraded the pass, the validity of the pass printed are the same and the day of purchase or update was printed at the bottom of the ticket.

而全年通行證持有人均獲全年通行證徽章一枚( Annual Pass 2006)及頸繩。其徽章款式與開幕時的 VIP 獲贈的款式相若。
Every Passholders were given an Annual Pass exclusive pin (Annual Pass 2006) and a lanyard. The design of the pin looks alike with the Grand Opening VIP Boxed Pin.
Passholders was also given an Annual Pass ticket jacket, the design of the jacket changed from time to time.
On November 12, 2006, the “Ticket Tag” system started operating. When every time Adult and Senior Passholder enters the park, they just need to put their finger on the “Ticket Tag” scanner for identity verification and access the park easily. The system implemented with biometric technology to recognize the identity of Annual Passholder. It took 50 points from the finger in order to create a special sequence of data. Those data will not be recorded in graphic and the data will be able to reconstruct a fingerprint. In stead of presenting personal identifications, the system saves a lot time for Annual Passholder to access the park.
The first Annual Pass related merchandize was released on July 14, 2007. It was an Annual Passholder Exclusive pin, limited edition of 1,000. The front of the pin featuring Mickey dressed a short pin and is surfing (Pin-on-Pin), water waves (Stained Glass), ANNUAL PASS 2007 & the logo of Hong Kong Disneyland. The back of the pin stamped Pin Trading Logo 2007, Exclusive for Annual Passholders only & Limited Edition of 1,000. The pin was sold at Town Square Photo, Main Street U.S.A, and the selling price was 75 HKD.
The “JULY 1 – JULY 6, 2007 Times Guide” is the first Times Guide with Annual Pass logo printed on the cover. The cover is printed in a monochromatic purple colour scheme, with Pirate Daisy holding a broomstick.
2007年7月7日至7月14日的樂園時間表，是首張封面印有全年通行證標誌的全彩樂園時間表，封面印有穿著夏日泳裝高飛、背景則為沙灘及睡公主城堡。
The “JULY 7 – JULY 14, 2007 Times Guide” is the first colour print Times Guide with Annual Pass logo printed on the cover. The cover is printed with Goofy dressed in beach look, Beach and Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.
全年通行證持有人可在通行證到期前60日起續期，其續期為通行證原本期限延長 1年。當然，樂園會以郵寄及電郵方式通知持有人為通行證續期。在2007年及2008年，持有人為通行證續期費用可獲高達85折優惠。但從2009年起， 通行證續期費用為原通行證的價格，同時，亦送上續期禮品。
Annual Passholder could renew their pass 60 days before the pass expired. The renewal would extend the validity of the pass for 1 year. The Park sent both mail and e-mail to remind every Annual Passholder to renew their pass. In 2007 & 2008, Annual Passholders were given a special discount of 15% off when they renew their pass. Since 2009, Annual Passholders had to pay the full amount to renew their pass and renewal gift packs were given.
續期後的門票背面會更新最後有效日期，並在門票背面底部印有續期當天的日期，而通行證號碼則維持不變。
The new validity was printed on every renewed Annual Pass, and the date of renewal was print at the bottom of the ticket. Also, the Annual Pass Number remains unchanged.
The Park sent reminder mails to every Annual Passholder when their expiration date was near. From 2007 to 2011, there are 3 different design of the reminder mail.
在2007年，全年通行證新增了「學生」的持有人類別。
In 2007, a new Annual Passholder type, “Student”, is added.
為慶祝香港回歸十周年，香港迪士尼樂園向1997年出生的兒童，不論其出生地，只要出示其身份證明，即可在2007年5月15日至7月1日，免費換取優越全年通行證一張。其有效期為發證日起一年。
To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Hong Kong Special Administration Region of People’s Republic of China, the Park sent out a unique gift to every child whom was born in 1997. From May 15 to July 1, 2007, they could get a free Deluxe Annual Pass when they show their birth identification, no matter where they come from.
從2008年起，全年通行證持有人除了可享受度假區內的專有優惠外，還有機會 取得不設劃座的電影優先場戲飛2張。第1套為2008年上映的《魔法奇緣》，其後為2009年的《起級零零狗》（3D）、2010年的《公主與青蛙》、 2010年的《反斗奇兵3》（3D），而最近期一套為2011年的《魔髮奇緣》（3D）。
Started from 2008, Annual Passholders could get 2 free seating preview screening movie tickets. The preview screening movies were “Enchanted” (2008), “Bolt” (2009) (3D), “Princess and the Frog” (2010), “Toy Story 3” (2010) (3D) & “Tangled” (2011) (3D)
To thank the Annual Passholder, the Park held the first and the only “VIP Sales” at Cinderella Ballroom at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, from January 17 to January 18, 2009.
The “Feb 20 – Feb 26, 2007 Times Guide” is the last Times Guide with Annual Pass logo printed on the cover. The cover is printed in a monochromatic blue colour scheme, with Rex from “Toy Story” and the year of the movie featured “1995”.

The Annual Pass Number (Magic Access Membership Number) starts counting from # 249XXX !
當初樂園對外公佈全年通行證計劃時，稱尊貴全年通行證級別只限量1,000名。不過，有關章程則沒寫有上述資料及條款。因此，事件最後不了了之。
When the Park first announced the Annual Pass, they mentioned the Premium Annual Pass was limited edition of 1,000 only. But then, there are no any descriptions, terms or conditions listed on the related leaflets. Really strange, doesn’t it?
