The TRON themed Vinylmation series has been launched

全新廣場時尚店於美國小鎮大街正式開幕

廣場時尚店已於1月21日正式開幕！店內以香港迪士尼樂園與著名品牌合作之限量潮流精品為主打。

The Center Street Boutique was officially opened on Jan 21.  The Center Street Boutique featured exclusive lifestyle collections which were the crossover of the Disneyland and some well-known brands. 

香港迪士尼樂園參與「國泰航空新春國際匯演之夜」花車巡遊演出

米奇、米妮與奇妙仙子連同香港迪士尼樂園一眾演藝人員參與新春國際匯演之夜 - 環球派對花車巡遊演出，把迪士尼的歡樂及奇妙分享給大家。今年主題為飛躍奇妙。
參與演出之花車將由2月4日至2月7日於大埔林村展出。

Mickey, Minnie and Tinker Bell with the HKDL cast members, came to the International Chinese New Year Night Parade World City Word Party, to share the happiness and the Disney Magic with the public.   "Celebration in the Air" was the theme of HKDL's float.

The float will be displayed in Tai Po Lam Tsuen from 4 Feb - 17 Feb.

大街 Opera House 為配合香港迪士尼樂園五周年慶典，特意呈上三套於2009年大受歡迎的“電影預告”。本報將為是次上映的三套“電影預告”作介紹及探討，並以迷離莊園、灰熊山谷及反斗奇兵大本營的次序報道。

As a part of Hong Kong Disneyland 5^th Anniversary Ceremony, the Opera House released “3 movie trailers” to the public. Gazette will give an introductory report on each “movie trailers”, in the order of Mystic Point, Grizzly Gulch and Toy Story Land.

兔年限量徽章已經推出！徽章上面是穿上傳統中國服飾的 Mickey，Minnie，Donald 和 Daisy，以及裝扮成財神的 Goofy，恭賀大家有美好的一年。

The Limited Chinese New Year Pin has been released!  It featured Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy dressed up in Traditional Chinese costume, together with Goofy dressed up as The God of Wealth look, wishing you all the best in the year.

還有一個星期就到中國新年，根據傳統中國十二生肖，來年是兔年！你知道迪士尼有哪些兔子嗎？最早出現在迪士尼電影或動畫的迪士尼兔子是哪一隻呢？讓我們說說有關迪士尼兔子的故事吧！

There is a week to go to the Chinese New Year.  It's the Year of Rabbit, according to the Chinese Zodiac.  Do you know who is the 1st Disney Rabbits is?    Let's talk something about Disney Rabbits!

 Oswald from "Oswald the Lucky Rabbit" (1927)

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was one of the first animated cartoon characters made by Walt Disney for Universal Studios between 1927 and 1928, then produced by Charles Mintz and Walter Lantz from 1928 until 1938.

The first Oswald cartoon, "Poor Papa", rejected by the Universal Studio.  After this, Disney worked together with UB Iwerks, created a second cartoon, Trolley Troubles.

"Oswald the Lucky Rabbit" 是第一部華特迪士尼先生替環球影城所創作的，大約年份為1927-1928年間，其後由 Charles Mintz 和 Walter Lantz 於 1928-1938年間製作而成。

原本第一部面世的 Oswald 卡通名為 "Poor Papa"，但被環球影城拒絕了，其後，迪士尼先生與 UB Iwerks 合作創作了第二部 Oswald 卡通 - "Trolley Troubles"。

早前提及樂園會於動畫藝術廊為大家展現一個更奇妙的體驗，對了！就是「樂園擴建預覽中心」！已於1月21日晚正式隆重上影。

這個展覽佔動畫藝術廊的右半部份，我會先概括地給大家看看展覽概況，我們另一位編輯將於稍後為大家作較詳盡的紹，大家要密切留意呢！

We've mentioned before in a post that, HK Disneyland is going to bring New Magic for Guests in Art of Animation.  Yes!  "The Magic Continues" Preview Gallery is now shown. 

The Exhibition is showing on the right inside Art of Animation.  I am now giving you a general overview for the Exhibition.  We will update more detailed information about it soon.  Please keep your eyes on!
